WHAT IS MARKDOWN PREVIEW?

The Markdown Preview tool supports GitHub-flavored Markdown (tables, task lists) and renders a live preview entirely on your device.

Important

  1. Raw HTML and external images are disabled by default, and unsafe link protocols are blocked, to prevent script injection.

How to use?

  1. Type Markdown in the left panel.
  2. View the live preview on the right (or via the tab switch on mobile).

Frequently asked questions

If my Markdown contains raw HTML, will it run?

No — raw HTML is always disabled (skipHtml) and is never parsed or injected into the page, so pasting untrusted content stays safe.

Why don’t images load automatically?

To avoid silently loading external image sources without consent, external images are disabled by default.

How do I switch between editor and preview on mobile?

Mobile shows "Editor" / "Preview" tab buttons; desktop shows a side-by-side split pane instead.

For safety, raw HTML is always disabled, external images are not loaded by default, links only allow relative paths and http/https/mailto, and code blocks are display-only and never executed. Everything renders locally in your browser.
