JoeLucky provides text, developer, image, CSS, lottery, and other online tools, and may add, modify, or remove tools and features over time.

We do not guarantee that any particular tool, feature, or mode of availability will remain unchanged permanently.

Some features may require a JoeLucky account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and ensuring it is used only by you in a lawful manner.

Please contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use or a security issue with your account.

You may not use JoeLucky to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to or disruption of any system or service.
• Make automated requests at volume that unreasonably burdens the service or affects other users.
• Circumvent security, anti-abuse, or usage restrictions.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe use could harm JoeLucky, users, third parties, or service security.

You retain rights in content you input, upload, or process. JoeLucky does not claim ownership over your content solely because you used a tool.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, process, or upload any content.

For browser-side tools, processing occurs on your device. If a tool involves server or third-party processing, we will provide appropriate disclosure.

JoeLucky tools are intended as convenient general-purpose utilities. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain quality, we cannot guarantee results are accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You should verify important outputs and keep backups of important files before processing. JoeLucky should not be relied on as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional decisions.

JoeLucky may link to third-party websites or use external services to help provide website functions. Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee the continuing availability or complete accuracy of third-party content or services that JoeLucky does not control.

JoeLucky currently provides free online tools as its primary service. Sponsorship, payment, and external-product submission features are not publicly available; if introduced, the relevant page will explain the applicable conditions.

These Terms are not an offer for a transaction involving an unpublished paid service.

These Terms do not affect consumer rights available under applicable law.

Except for your own content and third-party content as indicated, JoeLucky's branding, interface, text, code, and other materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, resell, impersonate, or otherwise infringe on JoeLucky's rights without authorization.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Services for maintenance, security, technical, business, or other reasonable reasons. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice for material changes affecting users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JoeLucky is provided as available. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all tool results will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

You should independently verify important tool results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JoeLucky is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Services beyond what law requires.

Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains applicable.

If you have not reached the age at which you can independently consent to the relevant services or transactions under local law, account and payment features should be used with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

Without affecting mandatory consumer protections under applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) as a general matter.

Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved by reasonable discussion. Court jurisdiction for any proceedings shall be determined by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the last-updated date. Material changes affecting users will be notified where reasonably feasible.
