Event Draw is a prize-drawing tool for year-end parties, company events, weddings and other celebrations. You can build a participant list, set up several prizes with winner rules, and run the draw live on a fullscreen stage. Afterwards you can export the winner list or back up the whole activity as a file.
It has a Formal Stage and a Simulation Stage. The Formal Stage saves winner records. The Simulation Stage is for rehearsing the look, scenes and flow; its results are not saved and do not affect the real draw. All activity data is stored in your own browser.
Up to 5 Activity Pages, each with its own theme, participants, prizes, appearances, scenes, audio and rules. Pages do not affect each other, and you can copy one page to another (without winner results).
Paste text or import TXT or CSV files. Each participant can have a name, phone and email, and duplicates can be checked and removed. Names, emails and phone numbers can be masked; masking only changes what is displayed, not the original data.
Each prize has a name and a quantity. You can separately allow or block repeat wins across prizes and within the same prize. Once the Formal draw has started, participants, prizes and rules are locked; reset the results first if you need to change them.
Both use the same stage. The Formal Stage saves results and updates the winner list; the Simulation Stage is for rehearsal and saves nothing. The stage supports fullscreen, keyboard shortcuts and switching between Activity Pages.
Use built-in backgrounds, solid colors, gradients, or your own image, GIF or MP4. You can upload a custom font and banner. Scenes assign different appearances to different prizes. Audio covers background music, the draw sound and completion music, using built-in tracks or your own MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A files, or you can turn audio off entirely.
Draw one winner at a time, finish the current prize, or draw all prizes at once. When all prizes are drawn, the winner list is published and long lists rotate across pages automatically. Winner lists can be exported as TXT, CSV or PDF, with masked or original data.
Settings, lists, images, audio and winner records are stored in this browser's local storage (IndexedDB), not in an account or on a server. Clearing browser data, or switching browser or device, does not carry the data with you, so download activity backups regularly.
Draws run inside the browser and the records are for your event only; they are not a third-party certified or notarized result. Keep your own copy of the winner list for official events.
Yes. Event Draw offers up to 5 draw pages; each page has its own name, participants, prizes, appearances, scenes and audio, independent of the others.
Yes. The Simulation Stage uses the same stage as the Formal Stage so you can test the look, scenes, animation and flow. Simulation results are not saved and do not affect the real draw.
That is up to you. You can separately allow or block repeat wins across prizes and within the same prize. Once the Formal draw has started the rules are locked; reset the results to change them.
Yes. Backgrounds can be built-in, a solid color, a gradient, or your own image, GIF or MP4. Music can be built-in or your own MP3, WAV, OGG or M4A files, or you can turn audio off.
Yes. You can download the whole activity as a .jldraw backup (a settings template, an activity backup, or a full backup with draw results) and import it later. Restoring replaces the current activity, and a summary of the file is shown first.
When an older tab next tries to save, it detects that another tab has updated the activity and stops writing, so it cannot overwrite newer results. Choose "Load latest saved activity" to sync and continue.
Yes. Settings, lists and winner records are stored in this browser's local storage (IndexedDB), not in an account or on a server. They do not follow you to another device and are lost if you clear browser data, so download backups regularly.

Download the whole activity (all pages) as a .jldraw file: a settings template, an activity backup, or a full backup that includes draw results. Before restoring, the file is checked and a summary is shown, and the current activity is replaced only after you confirm. Backups may contain participant personal data, so store them carefully.
Each draw takes its randomness from the browser Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues). When a saved record is loaded and its winners no longer match the participant list, the activity opens in read-only protection and is not overwritten. If the same activity is open in several browser tabs, an out-of-date tab stops writing and asks you to load the latest saved activity.
